 Can you preserve my wedding bouquet?

Yes. We specialise in preserving flowers from weddings, memorials, anniversaries and other meaningful occasions. Most bouquets can be preserved successfully.

Are the flowers real?

Yes. All flowers used in our artwork are real flowers that have been carefully preserved before being set in resin.

How long does the process take?

Smaller projects can be completed in 8–12 weeks, while larger or more detailed commissions may take 20–30 weeks.

These timeframes are estimates and can vary depending on factors such as weather conditions, drying times, resin curing conditions and the complexity of the design.

How long will my flower art last?

Resin artwork can last many years or even decades when properly cared for. While resin may slowly amber over time, following the care instructions will help maintain clarity for longer.

Can I send my bouquet to you?

Yes. Flowers can be delivered locally or posted with preparation instructions provided. For the best results, flowers should arrive within 1–2 days of your event.

Where are you located?

Meadows by the Sea is based in Toowoomba, Queensland, and accepts commissions from across Australia where shipping time allows.

Is there a minimum order?

Yes. The minimum order value for custom preservation is $250.

Are the boards food safe?

Yes. Flower boards are finished with a food-grade topcoat and are suitable for serving food up to 50°C.

Can I cut on the boards?

No. The boards are designed for serving only. Cutting may damage the resin surface and artwork.

Do you recreate bouquets?

Yes. Bouquet recreations can be arranged by sourcing flowers from flower markets and specialist suppliers, depending on seasonal availability.

Who creates the artwork?

All artwork is personally created by Ally, the artist behind Meadows by the Sea.
