Shipping policy
Shipping is determined at check out for smaller items.
Shipping is calculated based on the dimensions of the package and the overall weight for larger items and custom or commissioned pieces.
Meadows by the Sea utilizes Australia Post to distribute packages via standard domestic and express post. Commissioned bouquet preservations and flower boards are sent via registered, express and insured post to ensure the piece gets to you as soon as possible.
The Purchaser/Customer is responsible for the payment of all taxes and duties for international purchases, however at this time we are not accepting international orders.
Shipping of bouquets to Meadows by the Sea is recommended to be undertaken through a courier or Australia Post, and only when it can arrive within 1-2 business days. Shipping of bouquets to Meadows by the Sea, as well as the return of the completed art is at the expense of the Purchaser/Customer.
We will not accept any responsibility for the faults or damage that occurs through Australia Post and Couriers, we will work with you and Australia Post or the courier service to arrange refunds where they are at fault.
Timeframes
Timeframes can be calculated on the Australia Post and most Courier websites; an estimate can be provided at your request.
Expect longer delivery times during peak holiday periods, including (but not limited to) Christmas, Easter and Sale Events.
